I received my order super fast. The 2 lanyards were enclosed in beautiful blue suede drawstring bags. I was excited to use it for pre-convention festivities but the plastic holders were missing. Just a quick message to the store owner and they arrived the day before convention day 1!! I truly appreciated the quick response and resolution. Every time someone asked where I got my lanyard, I referred them to “Blue Monkey” on Etsy!!
